WTO Draft report on the Trade Dispute between the US and Europe |

The draft ruling of the World Trade Organisation on the GM trade dispute has sided with the US, claiming Europe's national bans on GM are a barrier to trade and illegal under WTO rules.

WTO Preliminary Report on GM Trade Dispute between the UN & US |

The World Trade Organisation has delayed the release of its preliminary report on the GM trade dispute between the EU and US and it is unlikely to be out before February, trade diplomats said. See the Reuters report 4 Jan 2006 . |
