Please note, many of the stalls in these markets are not organic, so you need to check first. - Aberdeen: Last Saturday of the month, 9am to 5pm at Belmont Street.

- Culbokie: Third Saturday of every month, 10am to midday at Findon Hall, Culbokie, Black Isle
- Dingwall: Second Saturday of the month, 9am to 3pm. Organic stalls: Macleod Organic's fruit and vegetables.
- Dornoch: Third Saturday of the month starting in March and continuing until December. In summer, from May to September inclusive, they will be held on the first Saturday of the month as well. 9am until lunchtime near the Cathedral. For further information go to their website. Organic stalls: Easter Ross Organics's eggs and sometimes vegetables;
- Elgin:Third Saturday of the month, 9am to 4pm at the Plainstones, High Street,City Centre.
- Evanton:
- Forres: Should be running by Easter at Bogton Road (the old allotments site). For dates go to their website .
- Fort William: Third Saturday of the month, 9.30am to 4.30pm at Lochaber Rural Complex
- Inverness: First Saturday of the month and 18 December 2006, 9am to 3pm at Eastgate, outside at the bottom of Stephen's Brae. Organic stalls: Connage Highland Dairy's cheeses; Delfour Hatchery's Organic Smoked Brown Trout; Macleod Organic's fruit and vegetables; Speyside Organics's lamb and beef; Wester Lawrenceton's cheeses and eggs;
- Inverness REAL Market: Every day, including Sundays at busy times of the year. 9am to 5pm inside the Eastgate, upstairs. Organic produce: Connage oatcakes and cheese and in the summer the REAL project sell their organic vegetables, but this is only a tiny proportion of what is sold - so check before buying. Quite a lot of the fruit and vegetables are not local.
- Inverurie: Second Saturday of the month, 9am to 1pm at Market Place in the town centre.
- Kintaline, Benderloch, Oban: Every first and third Thursday of the month, 10am to 3pm.
- North Kessock: Last Saturday of the month except for September and December 2010, 10am to 12pm at North Kessock Community Hall. Organic stalls: Macleod Organics selling fruit and vegetables. Stalls cost £3 and contact is Anne on 01463 731303.
- Orkney: Last Saturday of the month starting on 23 January 2010 at Broad Street car park, Kirkwall.
- Poolewe: Every Tuesday, 10am to 2.30pm
- Portree: Every Friday, 10.30am at the Skye Gathering Hall.
- Portree: Every Thursday from mid-May, 10am to 2pm at Somerled Square. A summer market.
- Shetland: Third Saturday of the month except in December when it's the 9 December 2006, 9am to 2pm at Tingwall Hall.
- Shetland, Bixter: Thursday 25 February and Thursday 25 March, 7 to 9pm with teas served at 8pm.
- Stornoway: Every Saturday, December to April, 9am to 11.30am; April to December 8.30am to 1pm at Point Street, at the side of the old town Hall near Boots.
- Strathpeffer: The first and third Saturday of every month, 9.30am to 12.30pm at Strathpeffer Community Hall. See their website for further information.
- Tarbet, Harris: Third Saturday of every month, 10am to 2pm at Harbourside.
- Uist and Benbecula: Second and last Friday of every month, 12 noon to 4pm at Nunton Steadings.
- Ullapool: Every Saturday in April to October, 9am to 5pm at Seaforth Car Park.
- Wick: Every Saturday, 9am to 4.30pm at Market Square.
