Description: I have 350 hens and sell my eggs through all my local convenience shops in Easter and Wester Ross, and through a box scheme. At present I deliver Macleod Organics boxes from Dingwall to Nigg roundabout, but am looking to take over the production of these boxes when my own supply permits. These local boxes always contain my own vegetables, when they are available. At present I have got carrots, beetroot, kale, cabbages, a few pieces of broccoli still going into the boxes. I had peas and beans earlier in the year and I have got some leeks and brussel spouts still to come. I am in the process of purchasing two polytunnels and with these, plan to grow a much larger variety of vegetables next year. At certain times there are some hens being culled and I will sell these for soups and stews. I also have two pigs and plan to process these at some point and will rear more in the future. Any orders can be taken. There is also lamb available from the farm, again, orders can be taken.
