Description: We are hill farmers on the west coast near Ullapool where we have Cheviot sheep and a herd of hill cattle which are crossed with an Angus bull to produce slow maturing grass fed beef. We also have a farm on the Black Isle, Coulmore, where we winter the cattle and fatten the lambs. We have set up a CSA and with the help of a local butcher and we are selling our beef and lamb from home, making up meat boxes for the deep freeze. I am interested in curing meat and making sausages. If you would like to try some beef or lamb, I keep some in the deep freeze, or if you would like to share in a butchered lamb or bulloch, please ring. We also have organic store lambs, breeding ewes, cattle and oats for sale. The farm is registered with SOPA.
